Jason Fabok Batcave 2-page spread

Detective Comics #19, June 2013

Fabok's detailed effort on this batcave is an improvement over many renderings of the past. Fabok fashions Batman's cave as an airplane hanger within a cavern, with structural supports, wires and walkways that look like a jet aircraft would be at home. And there's a trophy-hall aspect to the design, too. Not a radical change to what the Batcave has been over the decades, but an interesting acknowledgement of what a functioning Bat-War-Facility would look like (versus a horror film lair). See Batwoman page from issue 19.
