Catwoman to the Rescue

Earth-2 story by Alan Brennert where Scarecrow experiments with Batman's psychology by using a series of drugs meant to agitate his secret fears, one at a time, to push Batman into a total mental and emotional collapse. The Earth-2 Bruce Wayne then relies on Selina Kyle (who he has to get paroled from prison) to assist him, as Scarecrow's mental-meddling has rendered Batman/Bruce Wayne unable to communicate with Robin, Commissioner Gordon, Alfred, etc.
