Wonder Woman "Amazon" TV pilot rescheduled

Wonder Woman TV

Originally intended for the coming TV season, the "Amazon" pilot has been pushed to the 'next' season by CW TV, the CBS/Warners hybrid network. Apparently, they're being careful, espcially after seeing the poor results that came from the 2011 David Kelley Wonder Woman effort that never got past the pilot stage for NBC (the pilot featured Adrianne Palicki).

On the internet, there's plenty of rumours about a burgeoning Wonder Woman movie effort, provided that the Superman reboot (Man of Steel) does well, which is supposed to contain strings for a future Justice League movie, too, which is presumably what's afoot for the eventual Batman reboot, post-Chris Nolan, tying the DCU together onscreen.
